Hailing from sunny southern California, Jill first realized what a joy it was to perform when she began taking ballet classes at the tender are of four to correct a pigeon toe problem. (Needless to say, her feet have a very nice turn-out now!) It was not long before she knew she had to do more than just dance; the acting world was calling! Since then, Jill has had the opportunity to work in theatre, on the big and small screen, in numerous award-winning short films, as a print model (you may have seen her as the poster model for a certain horror film where the plants in Mayan ruins are evil . . .), in commercials and voice over. Most recently, Jill can be seen as the character of Artemis, the Greek Goddess, in the book trailer for Sherrilyn Kenyon’s bestselling novel, Retribution. You can catch Jill with her favorite eats in her web food and cooking show aptly titled, Jilly Bites! She has also published her first book of poetry, Simple Musings of an Idealistic Girl (available in bookstores online). She is grateful every day that she gets to pursue this seriously crazy dream of acting!
Great News!
A fantastic short film I worked on, “Redemtion, Inc.,” is an official selection of the Beloit International Film Festival! It is a story that depicts the deceptive dangers of the self-help seminar world. I play Christine, a top recruiter in the company, who truly believes that her path is the only right way to find enlightenment and will go to any length to get others to feel that way too; even if it’s hurtful.

Braveheart Women Awards
Recently, I had the fortunate experience to attend the Braveheart Women Awards, my very first official Los Angeles awards ceremony! It was fabulously fun and such an exciting event celebrating the accomplishments of incredible women. The beautiful and talented, Suzanne Sena, hosted the ceremony and it was thanks to her that I was invited!

Wow! I am so giddy! I was just informed that a super-talented production company I had the fortunate experience to work with called, The Other House, was the object of an LA Times article today!! The project we worked together on was a book trailer for Retribution, an incredible sci-fi series by acclaimed author Sherrilyn Kenyon and my photo was the one selected for the article! What??? Yay!!!! What a wonderful surprise!
